1. Manual
1) Insert a plug in a 220v wall outlet.
2) Open the cover and put flour into the container.
3) Dour water and other material.
4) Put the cover and adjust proper time.
5) Trun it on.
6) When dough is over. turn the fixing lever and take out the knead.
2. Caution
1) You need to use an only 220v outlet.
2) You need to around.
3) During the operation, never put your hand into wing axis.
4) In case of overflow or unusual noise, turn it off.
5) While using it for a while, store it on the place without water, and
moisture.
6) Don't pour flour over 12kg.
( If it over 12kg, the machine will be beyond its power )
3. Proper time
Chinese noodles : 15 minutes.
knife-cut noodles : 20 - 25 minutes.
* Ideal amount of water for 12 kg heavy flour is 4.5 liter water.
